Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid tools bought from Bytebench.

Before you buy

Each tool page describes what the tool does. If you are not sure it fits your needs, ask before paying — send your question in the purchase request or through the contact page.

Digital products

Paid tools are digital products delivered by download link. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, refunds are handled as follows:

• Not delivered: if you paid but did not receive the tool within 3 business days, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Not working: if the tool does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, you will receive a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: accidental duplicate payments are refunded in full.
• Change of mind: after a tool has been downloaded, refunds for change of mind are not normally offered.

How to request a refund

Email usman@bytebench.org within 14 days of payment with your name, the tool, the payment date and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method within 7 business days. Transfer fees charged by your bank or payment service may not be refundable.
