Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bytebench at https://bytebench.org, including its blog, services, free tools and paid tools. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may read the content and use the free tools for personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

copy or republish articles or tools in full without written permission (short quotes with a link back are fine);
attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
submit false information, spam or harmful content through any form;
click advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so.

Free tools

Free tools are provided “as is”, without any warranty. Results from calculators and similar tools are estimates based on what you enter. Check important figures yourself before relying on them for business decisions.

Paid tools

Ordering: sending a purchase request does not create a binding order. We will contact you to confirm the price, payment method and delivery. A purchase is complete once payment is received and confirmed.
Prices: prices shown may change. The price confirmed with you before payment is the price you pay.
Delivery: downloadable tools are sent through a private download link that expires after a set time. Download and back up your files before the link expires.
Licence: unless agreed otherwise in writing, a purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tool for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute it.

Services

Services such as website development, customer support and business support start after we agree the scope, timeline and price in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine).
Payment terms — for example an advance and a final payment — are agreed per project before work begins.
Work is delivered remotely. You are responsible for giving accurate information and any access needed (accounts, content, logins) in good time.
For website projects, ownership of the finished site passes to you once paid in full. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Chrome extensions and third-party services

Extensions are distributed through the Chrome Web Store and are also subject to Google’s terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or services.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, tools and code — belongs to Syed Muhammad Usman Shah unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or its tools. Our total liability for any paid tool is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, and may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
