How it works

A customer places a COD order on your Shopify or WooCommerce store.
They get a WhatsApp message with their name, order number, amount and your store name, plus Confirm and Cancel buttons.
They tap a button or just reply. "Haan ji", "theek hai" and "nahi chahiye" work too.
Your store updates itself. The order is tagged COD Confirmed or COD Cancelled. If there's no answer, they get one reminder, then the order is flagged No Response so you can call before shipping.

Does it pay for itself?

A confirmation message to a Pakistani number costs about US$0.015 (Meta's October 2026 rate). If you lose around Rs 300 in courier charges on each returned parcel, COD Confirm pays for its messages by stopping just 2 returns in every 100 orders.
